Shipping Policy

  • All in-stock products will ship out within 2 business days of order being placed.
  • For all direct consumer orders, we provide free shipping via USPS. Other options are available at the consumer’s expense.
  • For all direct consumer orders, we currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses only. For direct consumer International orders, please visit https://www.eliquid.com/collections/lunar-rover.
  • Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping fees. For wholesale International inquiries, please email info@lunarrover.com.
  • We do not conduct business with minors or adults intending to distribute or resell our products to minors.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers could take 24 hours to update online.
  • We are not responsible for packages being determined “undeliverable address” so please ensure that your shipping information is correct.
  • Our warehouse hours of operation are M-F, 7AM-4PM (EST). All reasonable efforts will be made outside of those days/times, if needed.

Return Policy

  • All e-liquid sales are final. To control the safety of our products, we are unable to accept returns. No exceptions.
  • Non e-liquid returns can be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please email info@lunarrover.com for authorization. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
